Our approach is to work collaboratively with you and your team to understand the gap between your reality and your desired sales results.  We will work with you to uncover the specific causes and implement solutions that align with your company values and culture.   While each consulting project is customized, the graphic below provides a brief snapshot of some key project elements.

Executive Coaching Engagements

Your coaching engagement is designed specifically for you.  If you are an executive or emerging leader, our goal is to help you reach your maximum potential.  Most people who contact us have a few ideas of what they want to focus on and that gets the conversation started.  Maybe you have something on your mind.  Clients often hope to achieve specific goals such as securing a new position, overcoming conflict, improving team results, being heard by leadership, achieving job satisfaction and many others.    As we learn more about your goals, responsibilities, frustrations, and more, we can help craft a coaching plan that will help you achieve your best results.  If you are new to leadership and feeling a little overwhelmed, we have a leadership development program that may be of interest to you.

Each of our coaching engagements begins with assessments.  The initial focus is on DISC behavioral assessments.  Understanding communication styles (yours and others) can be extremely impactful in all aspects of professional (and personal) life.  We also assess and debrief on the motivators behind your behaviors to help you better understand where you will find satisfaction in position and employer alignment.  

While the meeting cadence can vary, we require a minimum six month coaching engagement.  It is simply too difficult to achieve a significant impact in a shorter time period.  We recommend a 12-18 month engagement for maximum results.
