Meet our Founder and CEO

  

Hello. I’m Kimberly Randall.  Thank you for exploring our services.  I have been fortunate to enjoy a career at some of the fastest-growing and national/global industry-leading organizations.  I have been the architect of sales program design, implementation, training and management.  My leadership experience included sales, operational and P&L responsibility for well over $100 Million budgets.   

  

That said, by far the most rewarding part of my career has been the people.  During my career, I have had the opportunity to coach and mentor hundreds of talented people.  My passion for helping people develop their confidence and grow into their full potential inspired me to start a consulting and executive coaching practice.

  

I am a Certified Executive Coach and a Member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.  The PCC credential requires a minimum of 500 hours of coaching experience with 25+ clients.  Demonstrated success with observed coaching sessions and assessments are required to earn the credential.
